About The Trip

Great Rivers Council invites you and a guest to enjoy programs offered for board members and donors at this special fall retreat. Endowment and Capital giving will be our topic of discussion.

+ $450 with spouse accompaniment (Yes, spouses are registering too)

What to expect

Meals, fly fishing, hiking, tours, museums, reception & sleeping room.

  • Monday – Arrival Day, begin event with a reception and premium dinner
  • Tuesday – Breakfast Presentation, Philmont activity, lunch, Philmont Activity, dinner & presentation.
  • Wednesday –  Breakfast Presentation, Philmont activity, lunch, Philmont Activity, dinner & presentation.
  • Thursday – Breakfast Presentation, Philmont Activity, lunch, Philmont activity, Dinner at the Historic St. James Hotel
  • Friday – Breakfast and departure

Transportation to Philmont is travelers responsibility. Fly to Colorado Springs, Albuquerque, or Santa-Fe, use Amtrak, or drive.
